We will never knowingly collect such information from persons under the age of 13, per the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. If we become aware that an individual under 13 has provided us with individually identifiable information we will remove such information from our files to the best of our abilities. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with individually identifiable information, that parent or guardian should contact us at info@endchildpovertyca.org.
